I'm picky when it comes to supplement flavor and it is SO GOOD! I will be buying again...and would recommend.
Best BCAA...Amazing Product! Tastes great...dissolves incredibly quickly.
Great Stuff...will buy more...Love this, tried a few other brands and this is by far the best...and it's better tasting.

Whether you take your BCAA Before or After Workout, you want Leucine and most BCAA Brands just don’t have that much Leucine in their products. Measly 2:1:1 and 4:1:1 BCAA Ratio products are causing people to double, triple, or even quadruple their servings to achieve better results, drastically decreasing how long the product lasts.
Don’t waste your hard earned money; get all the Leucine you need with Modern BCAA+ and its Coveted 8:1:1 BCAARatio of Leucine, Valine, Isoleucine! Simply mix one serving of Modern BCAA+with water and enjoy all the Leucine your amino acid deprived muscles desire!
Mammalian Target of Rapamycin (mTOR) is one of THE most under-rated anabolic & protein synthesis pathways known to man and you're probably not even coming close to maximizing its enormous potential.
Among its many roles, mTOR is responsible for when your body Builds Muscle (anabolic) or Destroys it (catabolic).
BCAAs play an effective role in activating mTOR, but it appears that mTOR activation may be BCAA specific with Leucine playing the largest role. In particular, the BCAA Amino leucine is indicated as being primarily responsible for the BCAA induced activation of mTOR Signaling, Protein Synthesis and Muscle Growth. [1,2,3,4]
It also appears that the effects of amino acids on mTOR signaling are abolished by lowering the concentration of Leucine, or increased by adding Leucine and, to a lesser extent, the other BCAAs [1-6]
Your body can only transport so many BCAAs and all three BCAAs compete for the same transport system. You need Valine and Isoleucine to maximize results, but too much of these two BCAAs may actually lower Leucince levels.
This is NOT what you want!
Additionally, once ingested, Leucine first fulfills other structural roles unrelated to protein metabolism prior to activating mTOR signaling pathways. You need a lot of leucine and you don’t want unnecessarily high levels of Valine and Isoleucine further reducing Leucine levels.
The result is that BCAA products with a 2:1:1 BCAA Ratio or 4:1:1 BCAA Ratio may actually counteract the positive effects from the Amino Acid product, as these Amino Acids are pitted against one another to compete for metabolism.
